Quick answerApogee covers Meta, TikTok and Snapchat and bills per seat. AdManage lists 15 channels and bills by how many ad accounts a tier includes. A buyer on the three platforms with many accounts and few launchers leans toward seat billing, and a team buying on Google Ads or LinkedIn leans toward AdManage. Apogee's own comparison page favors Apogee.
Apogee is likely to fit when

✓ Media buyers who launch dozens of ad variations a week on Meta, TikTok or Snapchat

✓ Small performance agencies with many ad accounts and a few launchers

✓ Direct-to-consumer brand teams that test creative in volume

✓ Teams that want consistent names and test structures applied automatically

Important limitations

— Teams that launch only a few ads a month

— Anyone yet to try the free spreadsheet import

— Teams that mainly buy on Google Ads or LinkedIn

— Teams that want a vendor to buy media for them

Apogee vs AdManage: the main difference

Both tools bulk launch creatives into ad accounts. The main difference is the shape of the product. Apogee covers three platforms, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, and bills per seat, so the number of Meta ad accounts does not change the bill. AdManage advertises 15 channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit, and its tiers include a set number of ad accounts. Both vendors' pages were read on November 4, 2026, and amounts are left to those pages.

Side by side: what each vendor's pages state

  • Platforms: Apogee lists Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. AdManage lists Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and many more, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Billing basis: Apogee bills per seat per month on four plans. AdManage bills by tier with a number of ad accounts and team members included, plus a per-account charge for extra ones on its entry tier, and says it takes no share of ad spend. AdManage lists its amounts in pounds sterling, and Apogee lists a different non-US currency.
  • Trial: Apogee lists a 7-day trial for a small charge, card required. AdManage's pricing page lists money-back guarantee windows instead of a trial.
  • Naming: Apogee detects the convention in your file names. AdManage lists naming templates and an AI namer.
  • Import sources: both import from cloud drives; AdManage lists more, such as Box, SharePoint and Google Sheets.
  • AI and API: both list MCP servers and APIs for assistants such as Claude.
  • Support: Apogee lists WhatsApp support on every plan; AdManage lists chat and Slack, with an account manager on higher tiers.
  • Moving ads between platforms: Apogee lists its Bridge in all six directions between its three platforms from the Pro plan. Apogee's comparison page says AdManage publishes a cross-post from Meta to TikTok and to Snapchat, so check AdManage's own documentation for the direction you need.

What Apogee's comparison page says

Apogee's comparison page is written by Apogee and tallies the pair in Apogee's favor. It also states that AdManage suits an agency buying on Google Ads or LinkedIn, which Apogee does not cover, and that Apogee suits agencies on its three platforms with many accounts. Treat it as vendor positioning. A feature a vendor says its rival lacks may exist and simply be unlisted on the pages it checked, so confirm with the rival's documentation or support.

Which to choose

  • Choose Apogee if you buy only on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, manage many ad accounts with few launchers and want naming detection from file names.
  • Choose AdManage if you also buy on Google Ads, LinkedIn or other channels, or want one tool for more platforms.
  • Choose a spreadsheet import first if you launch a few ads a month. The bulk upload how-to shows the free route.
  • Look wider if neither fits. The Meta ads bulk launcher guide sorts launchers by job.

Questions to ask both vendors

  • How is the bill counted when I add a client, a launcher or a platform?
  • What currency and tax will appear at checkout?
  • How do I export my templates and naming rules if I leave?
  • What do you do when a platform changes its API?
