Meta ads bulk launcher: the short answer
A bulk launcher creates many ads at once instead of one by one in Ads Manager. There are three routes. Ads Manager's own import and export works from a spreadsheet and costs nothing extra. A script on Meta's Marketing API removes the spreadsheet but needs a developer. A paid launcher reads a folder of creative files and builds the campaign for you. Pick by launch volume, team size and the platforms you buy on, not by a ranking.
The three routes by job
- Spreadsheet import: free, good at creating structure at scale or editing many ads. Apogee's guide says the media must already be in the ad account and names are typed into cells; AdManage's guide mentions media import options, so check your own account.
- API script: no per-seat fee, but creation order, video processing and rate limits are yours to handle, plus developer time.
- Paid launcher: reads files, applies naming and structure, and handles the API details for a subscription.
Paid launcher options named in this guide
- Apogee: Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, naming detection from file names, billed per seat per month. See the Apogee review.
- AdManage: lists 15 channels, billed by tiers that include a number of ad accounts, with amounts in pounds sterling on its pricing page. See Apogee vs AdManage.
- Ads Uploader: Facebook and Meta launching, duplication through post IDs, CLI and MCP access, and a single plan with a yearly discount toggle on its pricing page.
- Other vendors exist. Add any you shortlist after reading its own pricing page, its trial terms and how to cancel.
- Whichever you pick, check that it asks only for the ad account permissions it needs, and keep one admin who can revoke access.
How to compare launchers: criteria and fit
Start with platforms. If you buy only on Meta, any of the three paid tools above fits and the choice is billing and workflow. If you also run TikTok and Snapchat, check which plan unlocks them, because Apogee opens those two with its Pro plan. If you also buy on Google Ads or LinkedIn, a tool that lists those channels saves a second subscription.
Then count your own units. A solo buyer with one ad account, an agency with many accounts and few launchers, and a brand team with several launchers each pay differently under seat, account and flat plans. Exchange rates and tax, absent from some pricing pages, change the total.
When you do not need a paid tool
If you launch a few ads a month, or your structure rarely changes, the free import is enough. TikTok's own help page says its Bulk Import and Export tool creates ads from a CSV or Excel file and supports editing and copying ads. A paid launcher earns its fee when hours saved on repetitive uploading exceed what it costs per month. The how-to guide covers the free route step by step.
A note on the ranking pages
Many pages that compare or rank bulk launchers are published by the tool vendors themselves: Apogee publishes comparison pages against its rivals, and AdManage's bulk upload guide points readers to its own roundup of launch tools. This guide reads each vendor's own pages and links its affiliate disclosure from every page. Judge any list, this one included, against the vendor's live pricing and documentation.
