Bulk upload TikTok ads with TikTok's own import
To bulk upload TikTok ads, import a CSV or Excel file with your campaign, ad group and ad data into TikTok Ads Manager.
TikTok's help describes the feature as setting up and managing ads from a file with no manual input on the platform, and it also covers copying campaigns and editing settings in bulk. One of TikTok's examples copies a campaign and changes the ad group settings to target only Android devices; another changes budget, bidding and audience across 20 ad groups at once.
- Open Campaign, tick an item, and choose Bulk Import & Export.
- Choose Export, then Selected Ads, to get a reference file.
- Edit the file. To create new ads, remove the Campaign, Ad-Group and Ads IDs.
- Duplicate a row to copy all the settings of an existing ad.
- Choose Import Ads, pick your CSV or Excel file and select Upload.
- Find the new ads in the Campaign tab.

Start a 7-day Apogee trial →TikTok's file rules: headers, rows and size
Do not delete or edit any headers, because the file fails to import if they change. The file can be at most 2 MB, and TikTok recommends 500 rows. Rows are ads: one ad per row for non-ACO ads (without Automated Creative Optimization), and one ad group per row for ACO ads. TikTok's article was last updated September 2025.
Bulk upload from a folder with a launcher
Apogee's Pro plan ($99 per seat a month before tax, billed monthly, as read on November 4, 2026) adds TikTok bulk upload of vertical 9:16 videos (mp4, mov or avi, up to 500 MB each) and Snapchat bulk upload, one bulk upload per platform.
Each video gives one ad; up to five texts per video give one ad each. Budget can be set per ad group (ABO) or per campaign (CBO), daily or lifetime. Snapchat bulk upload on the same plan creates Web View ads only, with up to five headlines of 34 characters, each giving an ad.
Apogee's TikTok upload is part of Pro, which you can try for 7 days for $1. Compare it with other tools in Meta ads bulk launcher options and read how Apogee plans bill.
TikTok limits a launcher works within
Apogee's page says TikTok accepts at most 50 ads per ad group. On TikTok, Apogee covers the Sales objective only, adds ads to an existing Smart+ ad group without creating a Smart+ campaign or ad group, and refuses GMV Max and SPC. If your batch needs another objective, TikTok's own import is the route.
A buyer whose batches fit TikTok's file rules needs no paid tool. Move to a launcher when building files by hand slows every batch, or when the same videos also need to go live on Meta and Snapchat. Apogee accounts are created through a Meta (Facebook) login, so a TikTok-only buyer still needs one.
Moving a TikTok ad to Meta or Snapchat
The Bridge, on Pro and above, moves a live ad from one platform to another in all six directions. It crops nothing, so an ad without a 9:16 variant is refused. A launch itself targets one platform at a time, so a batch for TikTok and Snapchat is two bulk uploads. Meta batches follow the same folder logic; see how to bulk upload ads to Facebook.
