Facebook ads automation tools do one of two jobs: launch tools build ads in bulk before they run, and rules tools change ads after they run. On monthly billing, Apogee Starter costs $69 per seat a month and Ads Uploader's Solo Unlimited $59 a month for one user.

Launch automation: Apogee and Ads Uploader

Apogee imports creatives from your computer, Google Drive, Frame.io or Dropbox, reads concept, iteration and format from the file names, and builds the campaigns, ad sets and ads. A launch targets one platform at a time. Starter covers Meta only; TikTok and Snapchat start with Pro at $99 per seat a month, as does duplication by post ID.

Ads Uploader launches through the Meta API from Google Drive or legacy XLSX uploads, duplicates ads from existing post IDs, and describes itself as Meta only. Rules and optimization: Birch and Madgicx

Birch, formerly Revealbot, prices its rules and reporting plans by monthly ad spend across all connected accounts. Its Stage tab launches ads in bulk from a Google Sheet on Meta, TikTok or Snapchat, one platform per sheet, and is priced by uploads: 50 a month free, 900 for $500 a month billed monthly. Birch lists a 14-day free trial.

Madgicx's one plan, Madgicx Pro Complete with AI, costs $45 a month below $1K of monthly ad spend and $99 a month for $1K to $2.5K, both on monthly billing. Its Ad Launcher accepts an ad or post ID, and Madgicx lists a 7-day free trial. See Revealbot alternatives for the side-by-side.

Apogee's Autopilot on Growth and Scale

Apogee's Autopilot agent, which can pause losing ads, is included from Growth, at $299 per seat a month on monthly billing, and on Scale at $999. It comes with 200 prompts a month. Starter and Pro do not include it. Apogee's home page says it pauses the losers on Meta, while its pricing page files the feature under advanced automations on Growth.
